COVID-19 UPDATE:  Effective July 6, 2022

Our priority is to have a safe environment for us, as practitioners and our clients.  In order to support us and our immunocompromised clients, please note the following protocol must be respected:

  • All clients must wear a mask (non-medical is acceptable) and accompanying person must wear a mask before entering the premises.      *Unless medically exempt

  • Please only enter at the time of your appointment.

  • All clients and accompanying person must wash hands before entering the premises and/or sanitise hands upon entry of the premises.

  • If you are feeling unwell or have tested positive for Covid-19 within 7 days of your appointment or have any Covid-19 signs and symptoms, we ask to please contact the office to reschedule your appointment.

Missed/No Show/Cancellation Appointment Policy

I understand that unforeseeable events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored:

  • The practitioner requires 24 hours notice cancellation for appointments to allow the practitioner an opportunity to schedule another client.  Appointments missed (no show) or cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged the cost of treatment as it was booked.  Missed appointments will be paid in full prior to receiving treatment at the next scheduled appointment.

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show”.

I have updated the online booking system as follows:

  • Clients will receive an Initial Reminder for their appointment 3 days prior.  Then, a final reminder 36 hours prior.

  • The 24 Hour Cancelation Policy is only applicable from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.  The exception for the 24 Hour Cancelation Policy is regarding appointments scheduled on Mondays.  If you have an appointment scheduled on Monday, you are responsible to either reschedule your appointment online or contact our office on Friday during business hours.
